There can be a deep sense of wellbeing that comes from dedicating time to being outdoors, cultivating attention, observation and creativity. Re-tuning ourselves with the elements, the seasons the patterns of the plants and animals, we go beyond the art of painting to a practice of naturally reconnecting with our inner and outer worlds.

Making the most of the beautiful Sunshine Coast, we will be exploring different areas to do en Plain-Air painting, exploring different spaces, private, community and botanical gardens, national parks, seascapes, mountains, forests, rivers and views.

Please bring appropriate clothing for the weather, a hat, insect repellent, good walking shoes and drinking water for the occasion, a raincoat if needed and an open mind!

Note:

Prices are per person.

*Painting time is likely to take up about +/-two hours of the session, whilst the other +/-half hour is for exploring the scene, setting up and short breaks. Though some people prefer to take up more time exploring than painting, the fee will remain the same.

**$100 includes materials and tuition meaning you will get a rustic bamboo easel, a leaning board, some 300GSM A3 watercolor paper and paints to use for the session, as well as lessons on technique.

***$50 BYO materials.** - for those who are keen to get involved and use their own materials whilst still getting tips along the way. This price is only possible when there are two or more participants.
